This organization was founded on prayer and Faith. My father passed away before I got to dance with him and that would have been something I would have loved to do. My son has a daughter and I did not want the same for them so I prayed and was given Daddy/Daughter Dance, the name came later.

Also in our city families are going through rough times losing so many loved ones. I wondered what I could do to put something positive back into our city and the lives of families hoping to bring them closer or maybe even starting a new relationship. Sometimes dads or significant male role models and daughters don’t have a close bond and with our help, we can make that happen.

Divine Inspired had our first Daddy/Daughter Dance 2017 in our city and it was a huge success with the help of our volunteers, local sponsors and donations. We are a non-for profit organization. Our mission is to bring as many families closer or even rekindle relationships as we can while having fun and making lifetime memories.
